WHILE YOU’RE AWAY

Going out of town and leaving your pup behind can be stressful! Fret not! They are in good hands at Your Dog’s Gym. Consider our facility their home away from home! We get to know your pets and they become part of the YDG family. There are many packages to choose from to meet all your & pup’s specialized needs.

ALL INCLUSIVE STAYS

We provide the ultimate in care for all of our boarding guests. Aside from comfortable private suites, all of our pup guests are let out of their kennel every few hours for potty breaks in one of our 4 large play yards. For your pup’s safety, we do not mix boarding dogs with other dogs. Our boarding packages include extended out of kennel playtimes with staff (approximately 20 min. each).

Room for 2! Housemates only. Add on bedding or bring your own.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Please bring your pup’s food (pre-measured/ individual servings) in ziplock baggies or sealed containers. Refrigeration is available if needed.

  • Any medications in their original containers to ensure proper dosing. Be sure to add detailed instructions in your customer portal in the “medication” information box.

  • Your pup’s favorite toy, blanket or other comfort items so they feel right at home.

  • Be sure your pup is up to date on their vaccinations. Proof of Rabies & Distemper is required. Bordetella is highly recommended.

  • All pets should be flea and tick free. Please be sure to follow a flea/tick prevention method.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

  • Dog Beds - accidents happen in a new environment. Please leave your dog’s bed at home. Every dog will be given a raised dog cot / bed. Our floors are also heated. You may bring a blanket from home.

  • Raw hides - You may bring daily chews but the package must be labeled “raw hide free”.

  • Your own kennel/crate - YDG has ample supply of creates for use if needed/requested. Keep the packing light and enjoy your weekend away!

  • Bowls - YDG will provide all dishes needed! No need to bring bowls. We also have slow feeders available upon request.

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

All Drop-Off and Pick-Ups are done via specific appointment times.

As we do not have full-time staff in the lobby, we ask all clients to arrive at their specific appointment times for both Drop-Off and Pick-Up. The staff must have all other dogs safely put away to accommodate guests in the lobby so your adherence to this policy is greatly appreciated.

We offer drop off and pick up by appointment only. Appointments are availabile between the hours listed below. Please select accordingly when scheduling through the system.

M-Th 6:15-7:00, 10:15-10:45am, 12:15-12:45pm, 4:15-5:45pm

Fri 6:15-7am, 10:15-10:45am, 12:15-12:45pm, 3:30-5:45pm

Sat/Sun 7:00-9am, 12:00-12:45pm, 4:00pm-5:45pm

*Pick up after 1pm is considered another day’s worth of care and charged at another night rate.

All boarding reservations require a 50% deposit to secure your dates (Holiday & spring break boarding is charged in full minus tax and add ons). Please review our cancellation policy below. Any boarding scheduled for departure after 1pm is considered another day’s worth of care and charged at another night rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations will be charged a $20 fee/kennel reserved.

  • Cancelled reservations up to 72 hrs prior to reservation will receive your full deposit (minus cancelation fee) in the form of a credit to be used towards your next boarding stay. Expires after 1 year.

  • Any cancellations given within 72 hours will not be given a refund nor a credit. This includes early pickups.

  • Holiday & Spring Break (5 days surrounding) cancellations are non-refundable & full night rate will be charged.

How To Book Your Stay

  1. If you haven’t already; create your customer account by clicking “join the pack” above under menu selection.

  2. Log into your account and request your boarding needs. If there is an availability for your dog, your request will activate and your card on file will be charged the deposit fee.

  3. Check your email for your boarding confirmation and details. We might have needed to change your arrival or departure times.

  4. If you were sent a “waitlist” confirmation email, that means we are full but will notify you via text if a kennel becomes available.
